If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will authorize an exchange or provide an online credit once we receive the returned item(s). Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your online order. We do not provide refunds.
To process an exchange, please send an email to email@example.com and include your order number and the reason for your exchange request. We will confirm the exchange within 2 business days and provide return instructions. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us and ZipperOn will cover the cost of shipping the replacement(s).
If you would like to return an item but do not want an exchange, we will issue an online store credit by email once we receive the returned items.
All ZipperOns returned must be in re-saleable condition (unworn, unwashed) with the original packing slip/receipt.

If you find that an item you purchased is damaged, defective or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible. There is a 30-day return policy for all damaged or defective items, and we will happily replace the item for you. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the damage (ideally attach a photo if possible) and your order number.
For damaged items, shipping costs will be covered by ZipperOn.
ZipperOn arrives with zippers closed between the legs.
Four zippers begin at the neckline and ankles, converging at a single point.
Open the front (or back) body zipper, and unzip the legs as needed.
ZipperOn can be stepped into from either the front or back, or slipped under someone who is lying down.
For targeted access, open each zipper to any length, moving the flaps away.
Give yourself time to feel comfortable zipping in the opposite direction. Then, experience the difference!
